LUMiFlector - The simple and accurate ingredient concentration analyzer for quality control applications.
Now available in two flavors.
The LUMiFlector is a quality control tool that measures the concentration for up to four ingredients with one measurement. It works for any emulsion and suspension-based product.
The LUMiFlector illuminates your sample with a broad spectrum of light via an immersed special fiber-optic cable.
It then measures the light scattering, refraction, and fluorescence of your ingredients at specific wavelengths and sample depths.
The optical signals are deconvoluted using a special algorithm and converted into ingredient concentrations.
All this happens in seconds.
No dilution is required.
You can use the LUMiFlector for concentrated or dilute emulsions or suspensions, opaque or clear products, low viscosity or high viscosity products, liquids, creams, slurries, pastes.
The LUMiFlector comes in two versions:
laboratory
production inline version
The laboratory version is easy to operate, has a small footprint, is portable, and has a user-friendly and responsive touchscreen. There is no need for an external computer. If you need to, you can export all the data via the provided USB ports.
For production environments, we also offer an inline version. It uses the same technology and the same operating software. Continuously measure up four product ingredients simultaneously and automatically.
MRS-Technology
With the MRS-Technology you can accurately measure the concentration of up to three ingredients simultaneously. No dilution is required.
